A specific program of your needs our time together will not only be spent on the massage bed, accessing any injuries or areas of concern to the gym area where we will carry out some exercises to help you on the road to recovery as well as stretching techniques to further aid recovery.

No over priced chiropractor prices, I have helped people back to full recovery and your treatment will not be rushed.
What Else will I provide?
A full explanation of what I am doing and why I am doing specific stretches or exercises or massages a specific area, a variety of tools will be used to aid in recovery and feeling better.
£40 PH Or £65 for an added Hour in Spa and Relaxation area with free additional refreshments.
If your treatment runs over you will not be charged any extra, feel free to add on the Spa time, this will allow you to enjoy the spa, TV and relaxation area while enjoying a complimentary hot or cold drink and a snack,towels are provided.
