Sleeps four comfortably,  one room has a large king-size bed with wrap around units, dressing area with magnifying mirror, seating area, plenty storage,also a marble fireplace with lighting,  black out blinds and curtains for a peacefull nights sleep,hairdryer, straighteners, curling tongs,please use heat pads provided,Robes provided. Kitchen has a full size fridge freezer,washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, wine rack, Ninja air fryer, Ninja kettle as well as coffee machines,toastie maker, waffle maker, Breakfast bar, separate pull out table and chairs as well as a comfy sofa to relax after a day of adventures. 

Large selection of Games and some toys for the younger adventurers, as well as DVDs and two personal players for you to use, they can be connected to television for you to enjoy something different! Selection of jigsaws and games are for all ages so something for everyone. 

Library area provided with a large selection of books for you to read while oh holiday, children's boat library area.

Another bedroom with Two Single beds which are extremely comfortable, plenty storage, drawers,side tables, USBC sockets,black out blinds and curtains,highchair available as well as cot bed, just let us know!

A Tony box available for our younger guests so they can listen to bed time stories, we have  a variety of stories, please ask, this must be returned before you leave. 

All items in our Holiday  Home are to provide you with the best experience ever!  Please respect our property and the tranquility of of home by keeping noise to a minimum.  Please enjoy yourself and if you need anything just ask, all items in Holiday Home are to remain within property. 

Wet room area with handrail ( seat if you require it) Full bath, Arran sense of Scotland products as well as Highland soap company, toilet rolls,make-up remover wipes and towels provided, mirror with charging point for razors, this also has lighting and does not steam up.

Iron and ironing board provided as well as outside Brabantuia washing line should you require it.

Bluetooth speakers available inside home area and outside VIP area.Please use plastic cups and dishes in outside areas to reduce risk of injury.

WiFi provided as well as Sky Television with Netflix and an abundance of other channels available.

This area will be for Guests booking a stay of three night or more, an outside Lounge area with computer table , a selection of books will be available in this area for you to read during your stay, a Bluetooth speaker will also be available in this area for you to connect your phone to.

WIFI if you need to work while away, just let us know if you need access to a printer or if you may need anything else.

This will be a truly wonderful area with sea views and it will be the area you can just sit back and let the  stresses  of evety day life leave your body.

Cocktail bar's,  Restaurants, cinema,  play parks, golf, mini golf, cafe, Asda,  chipshops, bar's,shooting, fishing, hill walking, running, gym, pool. Ice skating, bowling indoor and also outdoor subject to time of year and weather conditions. The shows come twice every year usually May and June, our beach is popular with swimmers, paddle boarders, wind surfers, canoeist and sun bathers weather permitting, Excellent Beach front location. 

Access  to everything, transport can be arranged! Especially to golf events and even Edinburgh Tattoo! Cheaper  to stay here as prices will remain the same if any event is on, additional costs for transport.

Price £340 per night! Sleeps four,  price is for  bottom floor accommodation. 

Long stays of over two weeks available,  discounts for longer stays.

Additional charges for Transport and vehicle charging , strictly over 21 years of age to book, sorry no hen nights or stag night's, no parties.

Two Night minimum stay.

All Retreats will be all inclusive of accommodation,food,travel,excursions, and Hill walking Retreat will be led by Mountain leaders, you will have an experience like no other! Challenging and safe Hill walks and talks, any questions will be answered by our qualified personnel!  Your packed lunches will be provided and you will return to accommodation with a meal provided,  sports injuries specialist on stand by should you require attention,  full access to Spa facilities to help you with the aching muscles,  full gym access for additional training. Timings for additional areas will be confirmed on paperwork. 

Fitness Retreats also available,  also a full week of physical activities that will challenge every part of your body and mind,  outside physical exercises as well as gym workouts , beach workouts,boot camp workouts,  learn about the body and the Mind! And the importance of self care and flexibility,  learn about the Importance of reducing injuries in later life.

Full access to VIP AREA for retreats guests ,Full access to Spa area and Sauna area until 21.30pm .

BBQ and complimentary drinks provided at END of Retreats ,as well as Certificate of attendance! On completion of Retreat ,Complementary pictures of your stay will be provided as well as a goody bag to take away!

You must have some level of fitness,  paper work and Par Q will have to be filled in prior to starting any Retreat.

If arriving by aeroplane you will be picked up from airport.
