At Physicalfitnesstherapies, our mission is to provide high-quality beach front accommodation, with everything you would need to make your stay so memorable that you will want to return!

Whether you want to relax, go hill walking,  golf, run,surf,canoe,paddle board,cycle,jog, everything is on your doorstep! Bus stop outside,  train station a short walk away and ferry just round the corner, an absolutely luxury base for your dream holiday!

On site Gym and Spa, Beach View private seating areas.

Stay in part of a Beach front Mansion House,sleeps four. Luxury accommodation and walking distance to Beach, on site Spa and Gym.

Private parking, Arran sense of Scotland products in bathroom,  Highland Soap Company products to use, gifts available to purchase,  discount on services and discounted Spa Days for guests that are staying with us, subject to availability. 

Fully guided Hill Walking Retreats, one full week of guided walks, All Inclusive,  beach front accommodation,  all foods and packed lunches and travel to and from locations.

Week long Fitness Retreats will also be run, limited availability,  shared beach front accommodation,  all inclusive,  a week of intensive Training. 

Totally Private, Totally Unique,  the views are unbelievable! Private beach view garden space and seating areas at side and front.

Electric charging( additional charges apply) will be available as well as private parking.
